SANBELA entering european market

SANBELA products correspond to the European level, which is why it became possible to sign a contract with the European Customer for the delivery of a clean room class ISO 5 (100 000) in Kaunas, Lithuania, UAB ROKOR. The room is needed for washing processes, selective testing and packing of sapphire plates.

Cleanroom approximate dimensions are 3900mm x 2540mm, 9.9m2.

The clean room will be in the factory premises with ceilings of 3.1 m high.

Cleanroom need to be equipped with:

• Gateway / window with electrical interlock to transfer plates to and from the room.
• Air blowing installation (Air shower) class ISO 6
• Air preparation module to provide 4000 m3 / h of conditioned air, 15 kW, accuracy of maintaining the temperature ± 0.5C.

Controller for maintaining pressure and temperature.

The room will have a climate control system. The humidity of the room can affect the quality of the washed products. For this reason, it is important, regardless of the season, to keep the relative humidity in an acceptable range (for example +/- 10%).

Upon completion of the delivery and installation of a clean room, certification and validation will be carried out in accordance with parameters of ISO 5.
