Without cleanroom construction systems, it is impossible to imagine modern instrumentation. The rapid development of nanotechnology and the reduction in microchips dictate strict regulations for sterility of industrial space. Since today in microcircuits distances are measured in hundredths and tenths of a micron, every tiny ion of chemical compounds is not visible t, each particle of evaporation, each microbe can lead to a critical defect in the chip and a whole bunch of devices.
The construction of clean rooms in instrumentation and computer technology solves the most important task eliminating and preventing the entry of the smallest contaminants into the working space, creating safe, completely sterile and controlled production conditions. A well-designed clean room is a guarantor of high-quality products with a stable operating fund, minimizing the number of defective products and ensuring minimum costs in production of devices and computers.
STANDARDS OF DESIGNING CLEAN ROOMS IN INSTRUMENTATION AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING
In Russia, this type of production is regulated by several basic normative standards, among which:
- GOST ISO 14644-1-2002 (“Clean rooms and associated controlled environments”), as well as ISO 14644, which is authentic to it;
- GOST R 51752-2001 (“Industrial cleanliness: Provision and control in the development, production and operation”).
The above standards define both the requirements for the number of suspended particles per unit air, and the multiplicity of air exchange, the speed and direction of the flow, its uniformity, the requirements for such parameters of the medium as pressure, humidity, temperature, acoustic noise, magnetic and electric fields.
For each stage of production, depending on the sensitivity of the product or process to contamination, a certain class of emergency is applied from ISO 1, to which the most stringent requirements are imposed, to class ISO 9, the number of aerosol particles per air unit in which is maximized.
In the manufacture of electronic devices and computers, “unmanned technology” is organized at many production sites with 100% automation of working processes to completely eliminate the human factor.
INSTRUMENTATION AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING TURNKEY CLEANROOMS FROM SANBELA COMPANY
Many years of experience in the design and installation of clean rooms in various fields, including instrumentation, contributes to the production in accordance with accepted national and world standards that maximally satisfy the customer’s goals and needs. Reduction of production and labor costs, as well as the availability of our own production base, allows to provide favorable prices for clean rooms in the field of instrumentation and computer technology.
The design of the premises includes the laying of a sealed gas distribution system, a system for distributing liquids, water purification equipment and other engineering systems.
