STANDARDS OF DESIGNING CLEAN ROOMS IN INSTRUMENTATION AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING
In Russia, this type of production is regulated by several basic normative standards, among which:
- GOST ISO 14644-1-2002 (“Clean rooms and associated controlled environments”), as well as ISO 14644, which is authentic to it;
- GOST R 51752-2001 (“Industrial cleanliness: Provision and control in the development, production and operation”).
The above standards define both the requirements for the number of suspended particles per unit air, and the multiplicity of air exchange, the speed and direction of the flow, its uniformity, the requirements for such parameters of the medium as pressure, humidity, temperature, acoustic noise, magnetic and electric fields.
For each stage of production, depending on the sensitivity of the product or process to contamination, a certain class of emergency is applied from ISO 1, to which the most stringent requirements are imposed, to class ISO 9, the number of aerosol particles per air unit in which is maximized.
In the manufacture of electronic devices and computers, “unmanned technology” is organized at many production sites with 100% automation of working processes to completely eliminate the human factor.
