Manufacture of clean rooms for optics and turnkey lasers from SanBela Presence of dust, aerosols particles, electrostatic charges, chemical evaporation and microbiological contamination, seriously damage the technological processes and products in many high-tech industries. Traditionally, cleanroom technology is used to control contaminants that are of a different nature. Recently, the field of its application has significantly expanded: in addition to the medical, microbiological, food, rocket and space industries, clean rooms are also used in the manufacture of optics and laser technology. Being an integral part of almost any high-tech modern production, clean rooms allow full control over the parameters of the air environment in the work area, thus ensuring the creation of a quality and stable product.
PECULIARITIES OF CONSTRUCTION OF PURE PREMISES IN OPTICS AND LASERS
Since this type of production is characterized by a high degree of accuracy and accuracy, the requirements put forward for cleanliness of working premises are particularly stringent:

Laser technology. When manufacturing lasers (especially high energy density devices) it is extremely important that each of the available surfaces is absolutely clean, because during the passage of the beam, the particle that has fallen on it can burn and leave a trace, and the resulting temperature changes can cause the optics to crack.
Moreover, with the passage of the beam, the air medium should be completely free of any contaminants, because any obstacle reduces the energy density, which can greatly distort the operation of the equipment. A similar type of laser is used to create a thermonuclear reaction for research purposes. Thanks to this laser, the nuclear targets are connected and the electron shells are compressed. To ensure optimal conditions for the operation of such devices, a clean room of at least ISO class 5 is required, in which not only the number of suspended particles per airspace is monitored, but also other environmental parameters.
Fiber-optic production. This type of production requires monitoring of environmental parameters at each stage of the process. To produce fiber mass, ultra-pure silicon-based materials are used, the production conditions of which are similar to the conditions for creating semiconductors and require the highest grade of cleanliness. To obtain optical fiber in the melting, heating and cooling zones, the cleanliness class is 6-5 ISO, and the areas for designing clean rooms in optics and lasers are thousands of square meters.
PURE SPACES FOR OPTICS AND LASERS PRODUCTION UNDER THE KEY FROM SANBELA COMPANY
Acting as a general contractor, SanBela takes over the entire range of activities related to the design, construction and further maintenance of cleanrooms in various areas of use, including optics and laser technology. Our own production facilities and a huge number of successfully implemented projects over 11 years allow us to create an object of any complexity, while maintaining competitive prices forclean rooms in optics and lasers. Production and installation is carried out with strict obser vance of GMP and GOST standards, taking into account the required cleanliness class.
