Since this process is sensitive to the presence of particles of carbon steel and other contaminants in the air, a settled particle with a size of 1 μm forms a “grain” in 10-20 μm. Thus, with the help of clean rooms it is possible not only to protect the painted surface from permanent inclusions, but also to protect the working area from volatile substances. As a rule, the ISO 6 class of cleanliness is defined inside the paint room, and in the adjacent rooms have ISO class 7.
